Deaf football was developed 150 years ago in England, and it is not just a hobby for the English. This video recorded how Deaf societies promote Deaf football development in terms of contest, coach training, and child training.

During the the decades when Deaf communities gradu-ally formed, Deaf people with different skin colours still faced racial discrimination. A filmmaker visits the communities and related organisations and exposes the "double discrimination" in the Deaf community.

Since 1851, Deaf women in Montreal, Canada have established community networks through the support of a convent. With the insight of this important part of the Deaf history in Canada, the producers interview the Deaf women in the community and reorganise the Deaf history. The film also emphasises that Deaf history should be inherited by the Deaf people.
